Lyrics:

It started out just fine, but when you're looking for your soul there's not many places you can go.

It's a matter of time once you set out to find the call of the great unknown.

But I know that there's no time, for us to hold hurt against each other.

From birth until we die, we aren't beyond repair.

But I'm still looking for Alaska,

my crooked neighbor, a crooked soul.

It could probably be a place, but for now she's just a girl

I wanna tell that I've figured out, how to ease this pain.

But she's gone, and I'll forgive her anyway.

There's a lot on my mind, with a focus on last lines, like, I seek a great perhaps.

And we're all gonna go, if it's fast or if it's slow. Make sure you forgive and not forget.

Because I've found that there's no time, for us to hold hurt against each other.

From birth until we die, we aren't beyond repair.
